Exchange Policy (No Returns)

SAS CASHMERE PVT LTD maintains a No Return, Exchange Only policy. Once a product has been purchased, it is not eligible for return under any circumstances, including reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with color or style, or incorrect selection.

However, an exchange may be requested in the event that:
1. The product received is defective or damaged in transit, or
2. The product differs materially from what was ordered.

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must notify our Customer Service Team in writing within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue. After evaluation and confirmation by our team, an exchange may be initiated, subject to product availability.

Exchanges are only processed once the originally delivered product is received by SAS CASHMERE PVT LTD in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

No refunds will be issued under this policy. In case of a manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to directly contact the manufacturer as per their terms.
